The Exchange Club of Kiawah-Seabrook supports students in our community through college scholarships for deserving young people. Each year, we partner with the Church of Our Saviour to award scholarships to high school seniors who live on Johns Island or Wadmalaw Island. Students must demonstrate financial need through the FAFSA, and the application includes academic and character components such as transcripts, recommendations, and short written responses. Schools that benefit from our scholarship program include St. Johns High School and Charleston Collegiate, and eligible students may apply in coordination with their school counselor. Deadline (Current Cycle)Your complete application package must be received by your school counselor by March 23, 2026. Counselors then forward completed applications to the appropriate recipients as instructed for that year. What the Committee Looks ForWhile financial need is required (FAFSA), the application is designed to help the committee understand the whole student—academics, goals, responsibility, community involvement, and character. The questions you choose to answer are a great opportunity to show who you are and how you plan to make the most of your education. |
